Program Learning Outcomes (PLO's)
Bachelor of Informatics (BoI) formulates PLO which are prepared accordance with the Indonesian Qualification Framework (IQF) level 6 for aspects of Attitude (A) and General Skills (GS), while PLO for aspects of Knowledge (K) and Specific Skills (SS) are obtained from the formulation of minimum PLO determined by APTIKOM, then adding specificity to BoI. The compatibility between PLO and IQF level 6 has been clearly summarized in the 2022 Curriculum Document by fulfilling aspects of Attitude (A), Knowledge (K), General Skills (GS), and Specific Skills (SS). The PLO of BoI are described as follows:
A – Have integrity, discipline, entrepreneurship and national defense.
A – Have social sensitivity, care for the environment, respect for diversity, and play a role in the progress of the nation.
K – Have adequate knowledge regarding how computer systems work and be able to apply/use various algorithms/methods to solve problems in an organization.
K – Have the competence to analyze complex intelligent system computing problems to identify technology project management solutions in the field of informatics/computer science by considering insights into the development of transdisciplinary science
K – Mastering theoretical concepts in the field of Computer Science/Informatics knowledge in designing and simulating multi-platform technology applications that are relevant to the needs of industry and society.
GS – Able to apply scientific thinking, make appropriate decisions in solving problems, uphold academic and professional integrity, and prevent plagiarism.
GS – Able to use international languages and apply science and technology to social life.
SS – Ability to implement intelligent system computing needs by considering various appropriate methods/algorithms.
SS – Ability to analyze, design, create and evaluate user interfaces and interactive applications by considering user needs and transdisciplinary scientific developments.
SS – Ability to design, implement and evaluate multi-platform computing-based solutions that meet the computing needs of an organization.
